Memorabilia Monday: Concert Shirts

The concert t-shirt has been the event souveneir of choice since it was introduced in the 1970s. Not only does it embolden the fan to display their enthusiasm across their chest, but to also proudly declare that they were there at a show and saw the band play live. The Smashing Pumpkins have offered shirts at the merch booth since the early days of Gish to the most recent dates of the InPlainsong tour. Represented in this photo are shirts from album releases, festivals, shows, crew shirts and, band member solo/side projects!
